Day 1	Boston	Boston, Massachusetts - Tour Begins : Behold the beautiful bays and travel the historic railways of spectacular New England! From mouth-watering seafood to breathtaking views and charming towns, this Collette vacation showcases the very best of this coastal region.
Day 2	Portland	Boston - Portland, Maine : Discover the history and charm that abound in Boston during a sightseeing tour featuring the Old South Meeting House, the Public Gardens, Old North Church, historic Beacon Hill and the U.S.S. Constitution. Later, take a stroll around the famed Faneuil Hall marketplace, sampling its eclectic and tempting assortment of food and visiting its many boutiques and shops! Then, depart for the enchanting rockbound coast of Maine. En route to Portland, enjoy a picture stop at Portland Head Light, a stately lighthouse located in Cape Elizabeth. Tonight, join your fellow travelers for a very special welcome dinner of fresh native lobster for which coastal Maine is renowned. Todaybreakfast and dinnerwill be included.
Day 3	Portland	Portland : This morning you'll enjoy a tour through the city of Portland featuring a visit to the Portland Harbor Museum. Next, climb aboard a ferry for a cruise of Casco Bay. This scenic cruise of the inner bay takes you past gorgeous Victorian cottages dotted along the shorelines of Little and Great Diamond islands. The remainder of your afternoon is at leisure. Day 4	North Conway	Portland - North Conway, New Hampshire : Depart Maine and journey through the lovely New England countryside to New Hampshire. Board the Conway Scenic Railroad for a nostalgic ride across Frankenstein Trestle and Willey Brook Bridge in which sheer bluffs, steep ravines, cascading brooks and panoramic mountain vistas paint nature's beautiful canvas. This afternoon, enjoy time in the quaint village of North Conway before arriving at the hotel, nestled in the heart of the Mount Washington Valley. Todaybreakfast and dinnerwill be included.
Day 5	Stratton	North Conway - Stratton, Vermont : This morning, drive along the scenic Crawford Notch - the steep and narrow gorge of the Saco River - through the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Ride up Mount Washington aboard the world's first mountain-climbing cog railway - a truly exciting and unforgettable experience. Todaybreakfast and dinnerwill be included.
Day 6	Vermont	Vermont : Discover the beauty of southern Vermont during a full day sightseeing tour. This morning, board Vermont's Green Mountain Flyer Train. Built in the 1850s, this remarkable train takes you on a journey through Vermont's lush countryside and along two historic covered bridges. Stop at a local farm, where you will enjoy lunch and leisure time to explore the grounds, including the pastures, gardens and terraces. Before returning to your hotel, witness the elegance and beauty of the Friesian breed of horses when you attend a captivating Majestic Friesian performance at a working horse farm. Todaybreakfast and lunchwill be included.
Day 7	Ledyard	Vermont - Ledyard, Connecticut : Today, travel to Connecticut for a visit to Foxwoods Resort Casino, the largest casino in North America, where you will have the chance to try your luck! Enjoy time to explore the six casinos, the many specialty shops and the plentiful entertainment options available. Todaybreakfast and dinnerwill be included.
Day 8	Newport	Ledyard - Essex - Newport, Rhode Island : Today, explore some of the most beautiful countryside in the state, where lush forests, running streams, beautiful vistas and nostalgic towns create a natural wonderland at your fingertips. Behold incredible views of the Connecticut River as you take a ride aboard the Essex Steam Train. Next, board the Becky Thatcher River Boat where you will view several man-made wonders such as the bridges, ferries and riverfront homes New England is known for, along with the historic Goodspeed Opera House and Gillette Castle. Later, depart Connecticut and travel along New England's pristine coast to the seaside town of Newport, Rhode Island. Todaybreakfast will be included.
Day 9	Newport	Newport : Your morning is at leisure to explore this bustling seaside town. Perhaps you will stroll along Thames Street and shop in one of the many boutiques, or simply relax by the harbor and admire the many sail boats and yachts of Newport. This afternoon, set sail aboard the schooner Adirondack II for a relaxing cruise through Newport Harbor and Narragansett Bay. This evening, join your fellow travelers for a special farewell dinner at a local restaurant. Todaybreakfast and dinnerwill be included.
